When I try dialing these numbers from within Lync I will get a message saying "this number is not in service".

Dialing from a regular land line and or cell phone works fine.

I've had reports of 866 numbers not working as well but I haven't been able to verify this as of yet.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
